I waited the necessary 7-days to leave (negative) feedback, but even though I am well within the 60-days it is saying the transaction is no longer eligible for feedback. The vendor says this is because the listing has been removed. What is going on..?

if ebay have removed the listing for breaking rules you won't be able to leave feedback

did you complete a case in the Resolution Centre  to get your money back?

Thanks! Does that mean the seller broke the rules..? I will check out the resolution centre now
