Just wondered if anyone else is having difficulty with regard to leaving feedback for buyers with the new Seller Hub format. On the old system there was a symbol next to a sold item indicating whether or not feedback had been left and/or received. This is no longer the case. In the new system when I go to "Leave feedback" I am finding items there that I had already left feedback for - or I thought I had. Then for a book I posted today when I tried to leave feedback it would not let me - saying "Once you submit feedback you can't change it". I have looked on the buyers' feedback of a few recent items that I know I have left feedback for and in some cases my feedback is not there.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
