I don't know about anybody else but its really annoying when a seller doesn't leave you feedback. This happens to me a lot, why doesn't eBay leave automatic feedback when one is not left especially when you have left one for the other person.
Feedback is voluntary so there is no pressure for either party to leave it or not to leave it. Completely their choice.
Feedback for buyers is pointless anyway as they can only ever receive positive feedback for paying!
