When you are leaving Feedback there is a section regarding "Was item Delivered by (date) - Yes or No". However, it would appear that this option is not available on some Powersellers Accounts. Why has eBay `moved the goalposts` yet again underhandedly? This is supposed to be a level playing field for ALL sellers but now we have seen this in operation, surely it should be removed for everyone and not just a minority?? Customer Services either cannot or will not clarify this.
