Isn't it time that the eBay feedback system was over-hauled? The current (binary) system is over-simplistic. The feedback for a buyer is "essential yes/no" with a tiny amount of potential text. The feedback for a seller isn't a great deal richer. It's got to the point where the feedback that I look at for a seller has limited impact on a purchase decision. I look to see if there is loads of negative feedback or a poor rating - but that's about all that can be gleaned. It'd be great if the feedback approach could be deeper and allow for more comments regarding both sellers and buyers.
