Hello Ebayers,
I always pay for items at the time of purchse, I don't leave feedback until I have received feedback, I suppose so they can base it on my feedback, recently I've waited 2/3 weeks and if no feedback I just give neutral feedback and give fair star ratings usually 5.
A couple of sellers have complained that they received neutral feedback when I haven't received., funny how they can reply when it's not in there favour. One even had the cheek to put on a sellers beware comment.
Sellers seem to be infaturated with posi feedback.
Anybody else feel the same.

You are abusing the feedback system.
every neutral feedback you leave damages the sellers account.
Feedback is voluntary.
No-one has to leave feedback and to trash a sellers account just because they didn't give you a green dot is awful behaviour.
Some sellers have automated feedback that is left on payment
some have it automated to be left on receipt of feedback from the buyer
A lot of sellers wait until the buyer has left feedback to show the transaction is complete before they leave feedback
some leave feedback in batches when they have time
others do not bother as feedback for buyers is meaningless as they can only be given a green dot.
If you continue to abuse the feedback system ebay will ban you from using it!
