I've not been able to leave feedback for a buyer, there is no feedback tab on the order anywhere and I've searched has anyone any ideas.

Use a desktop browser,  and not a mobile browser  or app,  and try this method.

Click on your feedback score top left on your eBay homepage.

Then top of that page,  click on the link Feedback Forum.  To the right select Leave Feedback

Thanks for your solution unfortunately it did not work. Strange I’ve never had this problem before.
