Hi,
I recently got a negative feedback from a customer who has agreed to revise it.
We sent out a feedback revision request but the buyer cannot locate it and it seem's to of dissapeared our end too.
The customer initially gave the negative feedback because he had trouble with the Sainsbury's click and collect service, the customer is a first time ebay buyer and did not realise he needed to bring the unique code to locate the parcel.
Can ebay do anything since we didn't do anything wrong and the customer has agreed to revise it?
