So I've just been reviewing my feedback and a buyer has left me positive feedback but had said she tried to return and I ignored her messages. I have checked and she hasn't attempted to contact me at all. When she purchased she asked for me to send "as soon as" and I did the next day, and if she wanted to return at her own cost I would of allowed her as the top sold wirh a few watchers so would have resold. I've messaged her to ask her why she's left me that feedback and to confirm she didn't message me, what's the chances of me getting it retracted by eBay. I know it's positive but it's annoying as I've done nothing wrong. Thanks in advance
