I had an issue with a business seller who sold me sub standard poor quality parts and messed me about when I wanted to return it. I had to raise a case and escalate to ebay for the return, the seller failed to respond in that case and I was awarded a refund. I left the correct negative feedback (which I do very rarely, probably only twice in 13yrs) to make other potential buyers also aware of a bad experience no bad language was used and it was factual however now I see the feedback has dissapeared? nowhere to be found. What is going on? I thought once feedback is left that is it and that cannot be changed?
