Depends on the circumstances. If it does not follow ebay rulesthen yes.

Unfortunately, I can’t see anything in the negative feedback you received that will cause eBay to remove it.

eBay will see it as the buyer’s opinion.

Best thing to do is to try and resolve the issue with the buyer if you can then send a Feedback Revision form.
