We all make errors we are human

Feedback is set to positive.  Its so easy to forget to click on negative  if you need to. If you make an error you can't edit .why not? It's like it's done on purpose. If you do this than the seller can have it removed hardly seems fair. Leaving people not knowing the seller is a poor one. Most other organisations give room for error.

Sellers can only ask for feedback to be removed if it violates eBay's feedback policies. It would have helped to know what you said. People who complain about their feedback being removed never seem to want to!

If it was another complaint about excessive postage charges, do please remember that p&p has to cover the cost of posting, the cost of time and materials to pack items properly and eBay's fees of around 13% on the total. It isn't, as some buyers seem to think, just just the cost of the stamps.
