Can anyone tell me why I was charged £10 insertion fee for selling a 36v toy trike please?

As it is an electric powered item described that it can  carry a 15 stone person,  it cannot be described as a toy,  and ,  eBay have classed this as a vehicle,   and charged you a non refundable £10 listing fee.

But I made a massive mistake by listing it in vehicles, I'll put my glasses on next time because £96 - £30 in fees is my expensive mistake🙁
