I've been sent eBay collection message saying I owe fee of £1.99 for selling on eBay. But I havnt sold anything on eBay! I did list some magazines but the didn't sell  so I took it off. But it said free to sell. So why have I been charged this fee?!

If you used a Listing Upgrade, such as a Buy it Now with an Auction, a Subtitle, Gallery Plus or a Reserve you are charged a Listing Fee even if the Item Does Not Sell.

They are not showing for me at the moment

The basic listings are free but if you add any upgrades then you pay

even if the item does not sell. Did you  add a buy it now

It tells you just before you submit listings how much you will pay

You can check what you were charged for by going to the account tab then fees
