Fee invoice Credit - To PayPal account?

A seller didn't pay for a bunch of items so I ended up with a fee credit as an invoice. How is this paid to me and when? Normally my fees are paid on the 15th of the next month but it's the 18th now and no sign of any reinbursement in my bank or paypal account.

Hello,

A fee credit if left in your eBay account will be used against future invoices.  If it hasn't been credited to this month's,  it will be used for the next month's.

Or,  if you wish,  go to Help & Contact tab top of this page and into the bar type,  Request Fee Credit,  and follow prompts to Call Us.  A CS agent will transfer that credit to your Paypal account,  and from there you can withdraw into your bank account.
