Hi, to one and all.
I recently bought a garden product that was faulty so I took some pictures and posted an unbiased feedback with the pictures about the said item.I was contacted by the seller who offered to refund my money to which I agreed but they refunded me but then asked me to remind my unwanted feedback,this I have offered to do but I have no way of getting back into my original product feedback to offer up a better report. Is there some way I can do t his as they have said to go into my messages and look for a titled message Seller isRequesting Feedback revision.what can I do
The seller can send a feedback revision request or you can add follow up to the feedback you have left.
