Faulty item

I bought some Powerbeats Pro earphones from a seller. They appear to be faulty and are not charging properly. I went to contact the seller for a refund and its says they have been removed by ebay, I am unable to contact the seller or claim a refund. Can anyone help please?

If you fail on ebay and paid by paypal then you may be able to open the dsipute there for not as described.
