Faulty item

I purchased a set of lights for my car which is in the body shop towards the end of April. I went to pick up my car finally only to find the lamps i bought were faulty. I am now outside the money back gaurantee period and the seller wont offer me a return. what can i do. or am i stuck with these faulty lamps. Also i am no longer able to leave feedback. Why is this? i have not left feedback for this item already. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.
