Faulty item 12 months after purchase, within warranty

I bought a kettle on 3 June 2020 which comes with a two year warranty. Two days ago it stopped working. I have contacted the seller (which is says to do on the paperwork which arrived with the kettle) to request a replacement under the warranty and they haven't responded to me. How do I go about getting a replacement item if they won't respond to me?

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
