Hi, I bought a couple of Battery Powered Ultrasonic Garden Cat Dog Fox Pest Animal Repeller Scarer UK PRO within last few months and both have failed in exactly same way, I've contacted seller who has failed to reply or even acknowledge my email.

How can I get redress for supply of faulty items.

eBay's deadline is 30 days but Paypal's is longer at 180 days so you can try them if you used them.

First sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a "not as described" case here:

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
