Fault with a product

A product I purchased has developed a fault how do I contact the seller?

It is important to know when you bought it

If you are within 30 days then you open a not as described dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page

If it is longer than 30 days then if you paid by paypal you can try there

Any warranty is between the seller and your self

If they are a business in the Uk then you may have rights under Uk law

Contact Citizens advice for their help

As @redwick1  implies do not bother "contacting the seller" simply open a case in the resolution centre [if appropriate] and within time.

 

If it is financially worth it and it is a UK business seller you may be able to sue Trading Standards although on a personal basis it is difficult to contact them.  Citizens Advice "gatekeep" for many authorities and will decide what to submit
