Fast And Free icons disappeared

My FAST AND FREE icon has disappeared, and not only mine, lots of others on the handmade card pages.

This could have an impact on sales as it's now showing my delivery time to be 6 days instead of 1 to 2 working days. Ebay have said it could be a glitch with the Royal Mail, but I am confused as to how the Royal Mail can change my listing, the lady was very nice from Ebay but I'm still not convinced the Royal Mail can do this to my listing.

Has anyone else got this problem

Ebay customer service often ill advise,and its down to ebay not royal mail.

There have been many glitches due to ebay changing page layouts and formats this last week,so just a case of patience until things right themselves.

I spoke to customer service yesterday and they tried to pass it onto Royal Mail problems in my area, I pointed out it had disappeared from everyone else's listing that I could see, I've added Fast And Free to my listing heading this morning and as you say I'll wait and hopefully it comes back soon, it could effect sales though
