If you buy a product and the seller takes it back and keeps your money and then deny the request to refund what would you do?
Why did the seller take it back?.
If you have a problem then you open a dispute in the resolution centre
If they dont deal with it then you escalate to ebay and they will force the seller to deal with it
What was the problem
