False address

I recently purchased a pair of shoes.  They were NOT as described and worn out and dirty.  The seller refused a return.  I opened a dispute via eBay, sent photos and eBay found in my favour.  I returned the shoes using the returns label provided.  The Post Office couldn't find the address - it didn't exist ! ! !.  The shoes came back to me, in the meantime, eBay refunded my money.

This whole transaction sounds a bit "dodgy" ? ? ?  and the seller has since reomoved ALL her items for sale.  Should she be reported ?  and if so, HOW ? ? ?  It seems to me to be a bit of a fraud.  I don't seem able to find how to report this.

the seller was 'reported' when you opened the case,

you have been refunded so you can just throw the shoes away,

ebay will have removed the listings, not the seller

there is nothing more you can do.

If it's the seller you left negative feedback for then they're isn't really anything else you can do.

When ebay had to force the refund the seller earned a defect on their account and it may not have been the first one.

The seller may have decided not to bother selling on ebay anymore or ebay may have suspended them from selling.
