False Counterfeit On Listings

Hello i was wondering if anyone could give me any insite on a way i may be able to solve the issue im currently having with Ebay and there Counterfeit item system.

For a quick summery of what has happened i made a new ebay account recently which specialises in electronics and accessories and i started selling my items and had no issues for the first month but then i started getting a couple of Counterfeit claims on my items even though my items are unbranded but i didnt really think much of it as these were my poorer performing listings then it went quite for a month or so but recently in the last week ive had a considerable increase in Counterfeit item takedowns and have lost around 1/4 of my listings in a week which resulted in a 3 day ban. This obvisouly caused a drastic decrease in revenue for my store as it took down some of my listings with hundres of sales.

I tried to contact ebay via there phone line and they offered little help or information. And i read the Counterfeit page and dont see which policy i have violated as there is no brand name or logo on the product. As well as all this the product is still being sold by many of my competitors with similar titles, photos and descriptions. The only thing i could think is for some on the listings i had to put "iphone" or "android" in the title as a descriptor for what the accessory is supported by. Also i tried to find a way to contact the team that deals with Counterfeit item takes downs but aparently there is no way to contact them weather it be via email or phone. They also never gave me an option to appeal or to prove my items were legitimate with documents from my supplier. So im not really sure were i can go from here cause i dont know which listings ebay may randomly decide to take down next.

Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

ebay don't like people who trade on private accounts selling unbranded items

you need to upgrade your account to a business and make sure you don't mention the real brand in your listings

a major problem is that a private seller with so many brand new listings with such a large stock is highly suspicious.

And that's apart from you being a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.

Unless you correctly register as business seller & improve item quality, ebay are likely to permanently ban you & any accounts associated with you. e.g. family members.
