Hi there. I recently bought a sky remote on ebay, only to find it to be a counterfeit fake. Needless to say it didn't work properly. The seller agreed to refund me in full on return of the item. I have since sent the item back but now the seller says they haven't recieved it. What can I do? I've been ripped off.
