I bought set of Harry Potter DVD's, they are very obviously not genuine, eBay has removed all the sellers listings what should I do ?
You can try opening a "not as described" case in the Resolution Centre [link below] or if that is not possible in Paypal from the transaction.
In eBay escalate after 8 full days and in Paypal after 2
