I'm hoping someone can help as eBay 'customer service' have been no help whatsoever.
A number of my recent auctions (3 tonight) are bieng won by fake bidders. The fake accounts are always in the USA and normally set up on the day my auctions end. They outbid all genuine bidders but never pay or respond to messages. The 3 tonight are as follows:

I cant block bidders with zero feedback and these accounts having been set up today do not have any unpaid item strikes so I can't block them that way.
Tonight these 3 fake accounts have cost me £200+ in sales which (unless the 2nd chance offers I've sent get accepted) will have to be relisted.
