Fake SD Cards

Hi, I've bought 2 scandisk 128G micro SD cards from a seller on Ebay uk, after trying to use them, it appears that they aren't what they claim to be, the markings aren't quite right and they don't hold anywhere near the stated capacity.

Go to the Resolution Centre and open 2 cases for Not as Described. The seller will ger 3 working days to respond and send you 2 tracked return labels and if they don't you escalate the case.

If you are past the 30 day cutoff try opening 2 cases in Paypal if that was how you paid.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try what you suggest. I am concerned that this will happen to other people, I would've liked to contact Ebay directly about it.

Thatis what the Money Back Guarantee is for, you have 30 days to open a Not As Described Case.

I really wouldn't bother, ebay won't know whether the cards are fake or not as they never get to see the items in question. Better to hit the seller where it hurts - in his pocket.
