When an item is advertised correctly. Why do Ebay allow buyers with no feedback to leave negative feedback based purely on their own misguided opinion,and thus ruin a 100% sales record. They do this without giving sellers the means to reply with their own negative feedback toward a particular buyer who refuses to communicate.
The whole feedback option is totally one sided and unfair and illustrates Ebays contempt for its sellers...We are not all villians,as we are sometimes painted by ignorant buyers..
