FAKE CLAIMS

What is going on with ebay - 50% of returns now ( not that we recived meany returns) are FAKE claims, why is ebay not doing more to stop this, put in place this like " the buyer must contact the seller for the seller to answer any question on the item the buyer recived before the buyer can open  a return claim under Damaged - not authentic - does not match descrition or photo. this would benafit the seller from defects and ebay from return shipping........

Some buyers know that if they don't like item, they have to pay return postage,

whereas if they claim not as described, ebay believe them & seller supplies returns label.

All you can do is report buyer & hope ebay do something if they are a serial case opener.

the vast majority of sellers and buyers are honest.

 

you say your suggestion - "this would benafit the seller".

 

Indeed it would and benefit no one else.
