FAKE AFTERSHAVE ISSUE

I bought Paco Rabanne 1 Million aftershave - the sellers photo was of the correct picture but what I received was an obvious fake - a little round glass bottle with a plain printed 100 Million typed on it.  There was no original packaging apart from the air mail envelope it travelled therough the post in.  The listing appeared to be genuine, see below.  Well - I asked Ebay to start a return and refund process - the seller hasn't replied - Ebay says they will step in if the seller doesn't reply by 1st April - but when I look at the return request there isn't anywhere for me to go to get help from Ebay.  Any ideas what I do next?
