Extra fees for selling

Am selling a car and ebay charged me twice for the one published add by error done twice which I cancelled imidiatlety I realised that. How to complain about this as once customer service said am write and then did not credited fees ,when cs contacted again refusing to change the fees saying sold or not we will charge you.

The listing fee is payable whether or or not the vehicle sells, including if the seller cancels the auction. This is clearly stated, and you accepted it in the user agreement.

That is rip off in the day light. Especially with prices change of up.
