My Ebay listings keep excluding the USA.
I've checked preferrences and the USA is not Excluded!
On some listings I see that Botswana, Cuba, Paraguay and some others are automatically excluded by Ebay, those I can understand.
The problem I'm having is within the category, Toys - Britains Vinatge Soldiers and Animals
Any light on the issue would be appreciated.
