Exclusion List

As a seller, how do I set up a permanent exclusion list so that I'm only offering goods to buyers in the British Isles?  At the moment I'm having to create an exclusion list for every item.  It says 'go to My Ebay Site Preferences' to do this. I've gone into My Ebay but it doesn't say Site Preferences anywhere that I can see.

You list with UK postage then block bidders in locations you don't post to on here:

And select "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom.

you don't have to set up an exclusion list,

all you have to do is choose UK as the postage option when creating the listing and tick the box to block bids from countries you don't post to here:-

and make sure you are opted out of the Global Shipping Program here:-
