Excluded destination countries

Anyone any idea why Taiwan is apparently coming up as an Excluded Desitnation country to a potential buyer in Taiwan when my settings (to me) clearly state I have NO Excluded Destinations!!?

Could this be some kind of scam?

No....it could be part of the COVID19 lockdown
