Estimated Delivery Date Wrong

Hello, 

There is some issue with the listings showing wrong estimated date of delivery since last January.

Postage: Royal Mail 

Free Economy Delivery | First Class Delivery 

Item location:

London, United Kingdom

Posts to:

United Kingdom 

Delivery:

Estimated by Sat. 13 Mar.

As a business seller, We are using first class and second class dispatch. 

One day handling time and express delivery option also available to our all products.

Still it showing 10 to 13 Days later Delivery Date, If a buyer purchase an item today 1st of March it will deliver to 13 March. 

I am trying to contact ebay but there is no response regarding this matter.

Is there any other fellow seller have same issue ? 

Is there any possible solution to get back right estimated delivery date ?

If this was an eBay glitch it's unlikely that you alone would be affected. If it's been going on since January we would certainly have heard about this from other sellers.

It looks as though both your regular and express delivery times are being increased by 7 days.

With apologies for asking the obvious, but are you sure you haven't mistyped your dispatch time?

red_magpie Yes this is a glitch showing wrong delivery date number of sellers. But no one mentioned it till date, I did send messages to fellow sellers who are facing same issue.
