Escalated a claim but selected wrong reason

Hi, 

I bought a counterfeit item from a seller and I'm not really getting anywhere with them so I escalated the claim. I selected 'I didn't receive a refund for return postage' as the reason by mistake. I was just wondering if this will affect the case? The postage was free and I haven't sent the item back as I've received no return label. There doesn't seem to be an option to rectify this mistake either..

Edit: The only contact option coming up is to call them but they are closed after 6pm, an option does come up to report the item
