On May 8th - I had 648 nectar points. I was in eBay so I click to cash 500 points into £2.50 voucher. When I click on "get it now" on ebay screen, there was an error message and it reads "try again". I then noticed that I no longer have 648 points but only 148 points and I also noticed that I did not get my £2.50 ebay voucher. I contacted Nectar and they tell me that their Specialist Team needs to review it and then pass the incident over to eBAy and it will take 2 weeks. Please assist. thanks
Note of course the total will not read = 148 today becos I have made some purchases since then.
Nector support told me that when I go buy new stuff the ebay voucher will be at the bottom for me to click to select - I just went to buy an item, and I cannot see any vouchers available to me to use at the bottom of the screen. Usually the voucher would be at the bottom for me to tick the box - but there is none.
