Error msg when purchasing eBAY voucher with nectar points. I lost 500 points

On May 8th - I had 648 nectar points. I was in eBay so I click to cash 500 points into £2.50 voucher. When I click on "get it now" on ebay screen, there was an error message and it reads "try again". I then noticed that I no longer have 648 points but only 148 points and I also noticed that I did not get my £2.50 ebay voucher. I contacted Nectar and they tell me that their Specialist Team needs to review it and then pass the incident over to eBAy and it will take 2 weeks.  Please assist. thanks

Note of course the total will not read = 148 today becos I have made some purchases since then.

Nector support told me that when I go buy new stuff the ebay voucher will be at the bottom for me to click to select - I just went to buy an item, and I cannot see any vouchers available to me to use at the bottom of the screen. Usually the voucher would be at the bottom for me to tick the box - but there is none.

Voucher is on the left side of the paypal page when you go to pay, you then just tick the box.

Hello the vouchers are not there. when I had the issue and I tried just a few minutes ago trying to buy something that is approx £14.00. When I click on buy it now, the next screen, before I click on "pay with paypal", there are no vouchers at the bottom left. I then click on "pay with paypal" then enter my password.. no vouchers on the bottom left. thanks for reply.

Sorry click accept as solution by mistake. The link took me to "where are my vouchers". my vouchers are not there.

Have you looked on ebay summary - nectar, any vouchers will show there.
Says "Your ebay vouchers" on right next to "convert your points into an ebay voucher"

Yes I did. on the same screen where I can see my total nectar points and how to claim vouchers - I re-call the minute I click to claim the 500 points - the un-spent voucher will appear on the right hand wide of the screen. the un-spent voucher will be listed together with all other vouchers I had earlier. Those spent will read "avail to spend" and expiry date. The £2.50 I just claimed on May 9th is not in that list.
