Error message: Please enter a valid postcode

I keep getting an error message when searching via the app. 'Error message: Please enter a valid postcode'.
I am unable to find a solution. Please help

Try Upper case Caps lock on and enter the Postcode without spacing ... said to bypass the issue mainly found on Apps/mobiles.
