Error - The EAN field is missing.

Hey guys.

I've been having an error whilst trying to upload via file exchange for the first time and I have trauled the internet looking for some sort of solution, but I have had zero luck so far.  The eBay information regarding the error messages is truly awful.

I have found a few "solutions" around the net, but none of them have worked for me.  Ranging from changing the header name from C:MPN to C:EAN and trying various spellings and field configurations.

I'm probably doing something incredibly stupid to make it fail, but it really doesn't help that the documentation is kind of ambiguous on a lot of points and don't cite decent examples.

The errors I receive on it are as follows: 

"21919301|21919301|21919301|21919301|21919301|21919301|21919303"

"The EAN field is missing.|The EAN field is missing. Please add EAN to the listing and try again. If you’re using our mobile app, make sure you have version 5.1 or higher.|5|EAN||Error - The item specific MPN is missing. Add MPN to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again.|The item specific MPN is missing.|The item specific MPN is missing. Add MPN to this listing, enter a valid value and then try again.|MPN|"

It repeats the first error 5 times, so I've truncated it a little, but I have an EAN field and a C:EAN field.  I had the C:MPN field in a previous upload and it didn't give this error, so I know where the 21919303 error is coming from, but the other one has me at my whits end!

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
