Ending Listings For Items Not Sold

I'm new to selling on e-bay, although I' been purchasing for 12 years plus.I'd like to refresh my listing of items for sale.
Is it ok to end my listings on half of all my items and to replace them with new stock, as long as there is no interest shown on them ?
I understand that I can't remove items if there is interest and/or bids (I've only got one item listed as bids; the majority are Buy Now).
I suppose what I'm asking is: Is there any penalty on me to remove 50% of my listings every couple of months to keep my pages fresh and interesting ?
Thanks

you can end listings at any time you like,

even if they do have 'watchers'

if you are buying to sell you need to have a business account with ebay, use this link:-

Upgrade to a Business Account

Your an Un-Registered Business Seller using a Private Account which is just for Selling your 2nd Hand Items from in and around your Home and Garden. You need to Upgrade your Account from Help and Contact at the top of the Page. You are denying your Buyers their Consumer Rights. They are entitled to a 30 day Change of Mind Returns Policy.

You have 4 Pages of Stock. Each Item even has it's own Reference Number.

Your items as far I could see on checking the first few,  are all straight Buy it Nows with no added upgrades,  so no,   there is no charge to end and relist,  as long as you then stay within your alloted free  monthly listing insertions,  there will be no listing fee either.
