If you need to send a copy of a receipt, there is usually a link on an eBay message to do that.
Why are you sending a copy of a receipt to anybody?
If you give some details of your issue someone will probably be able to advise you.
If the seller is asking for evidence, that is sometimes their way of running you out of time to escalate a case to eBay.
Do not let them do that.
