Buyer is requesting refund saying phone isn’t as described and that I should have told him it had no box or accessories. He also says there is a mark on the phone which was not there. He is also complaining about the phones battery because it’s 76%. It’s a five year old iPhone 6s which apple checked over for me. They said I’d get more on eBay obviously, but offered me £50. I sold it on eBay for £55 for a quick sale. I’ve used eBay for years and have 100 positive feedback. This man says he buys 30 phones a day and if you ask me is trying to take advantage of your goodwill policy.

It's not my policy. I and all here are members like you - not eBay.  If your buyer is unhappy and opens a "not as described" case then you need to issue a suitable label through the case and refund in full when he returns.

We hear what you say about your disappointment but the situation is - in practical terms - that if you do not do so withing 3 days eBay may well now refund without the need to return.
