Do not click on any links in that emasil.
Go to your Purchase Histpry page, from the drop down menu from My eBay tab top of this page, if it is not there and not in your Paypal account, then you have recieved a phishing email. Ignore and delete it, or forward to spoof@ebay.com.
If it is there, change all passwords, and inform eBay CS from Help & Contact tab above and Paypal, asap.
