Email ebay

I am trying to contact ebay.co.uk to get some help but am having no luck. Have tried going through the contact us option but none of the options there help me. Does anyone have an email address for them as that is thr only way I can contact them.

click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page

type 'email ebay' in the search box

then choose 'Contacting eBay Customer Service'

on the next page find the sentence 'You can also get in touch with us by email.' and click on 'email'

choose the topic closest to your problem

and keep drilling down until you reach the email us page

this is the only route to 'email' ebay as they don't advertise an email address

It doesn't help me as emailing them one is the only way I want too and feel comfortable doing so. Also only ebay can really help me with this and seeing I can't contact them I might as well delete this post. As there is nothing else I can do.

you can contact ebay, follow the instructions I gave and you will get to a page that will enable you to send ebay an email

Have tried what you said and cannot find contact ebay customer service. I also looked at the option's on there and none of them have anything to do with what I want to speak to them about. And to do with what it's about all I will say it's to do with my account and that's all i'm going to say.

Even easier explain the problem here, so long as it is not something that only ebay can deal with, you will get a far quicker and more accurate answer on here.

It's only something they can help with. And seeing I have no way to contact them I might as well just delete this post as there is no way for me to contactebay on.

There is no email address but sometimes a little blue link shows up as a contact option,  which sends a message. 

Try putting 'advanced search' into the help and contact box and work through the pages until at the bottom of the page there will be the contact options. They open at 8.00am.
