Hi,
I sold a ps4 back in April and the buyer raised an item not received case. I then got the case reversed in my favour on the 15th April. I've been having lots of issues trying to get this refund that I was promised by eBay. Few days later I got an email from PayPal saying they had permanently terminated my account. I made this PayPal account for my eBay listing so it is clearly linked and because the buyer raised the dispute they thought i was a fraudulent user. eBay have told me that they can only pay into that PayPal address but I've rung PayPal endless amounts of time and they aren't interested. They will never re-open the account. So I'm stuck. eBay won't re-direct and PayPal won't re-open my account so I've lost £100.

I can only suggest that as PayPal are regulated you follow their published complaints process and go to the Ombudsmam if necessary. You need your account reopened as I have never heard of eBay refunding a PayPal payment elsewhere than to PayPal.
