Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with this because I appear to be going around and around in circles. So first off we thats me and my husband have been buyers and sellers on ebay since 2009. We have a joint account that we use which has 1700 feedback. I wanted to open my own account so i went into ebay opened an account in my own name, put the same paypal account we have had since 2009 and started to sell. I sold one item and then i found out that i could only sell 10 items in a month. So today i get an email to tell me that my items have been cancelled and they are now in my unsold items list and that i need to verify my account. So they sent me an email with a link which took me to the page i had already gone to which doesnt verifty your account? What it does it make you go to increase your limit and when you press the button to increase your limit it says you cant increase your limit!!!! No where in that link does it say verify your account. So if someone could tell me how it is that i am supposed to verify my account i would love to know and how long exactly is going to take me to get the limit that i want to sell increased from 10 a month?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciate. Thank you
