My relatives account got restricted due to not having good selling standards. He used to have parcels delivered to my address on occasions as he was working. Now ebay have restricted his account and also restricted my account as they think we're the same person. I have over 1300 positive feedbacks. Never paid late or post an item late but now I can't sell. I have contacted ebay representatives via the live chat and they're saying the restriction is permanent and I have no grounds for an appeal. Is there anything I can do. I was pretty reliant on selling on ebay as a side income. Is there any way I can talk to anyone. I cant find a phone number anywhere. My account is a private account and I'm based in the UK.
That is how it works
If one account is suspended or restricted all accounts that can be connected in any way to the restricted or suspended account receive the same punishment.
If the person with the restriction can get their account sorted then you may get back on
It is anyone who has used the same computer or used an address or live at the same address they are all given the same treatment
To contact ebay then Seller help or help and contact at the top of the page then scroll down for contact options
You may have to choose a subject just choose one until you get contact details
