Ebay purchase that hasn't been collected

Hi 

I bought a set of new wheels   when they arrived they were damaged.  Seller agreed to have them collected.  So far, they havent. I have been in contact with the seller ,  when courier did turn up he didnt have the labels to take them.   rearranged again his friday and nobody has came..  Ebay is saying these ned to gone by Monday else they lose the return
